Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You must have previous bar experience and be looking to move into managing a small community pub.
This is not a live in position however there may be a possibility of accommodation after 6 months employment.
Duties
Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure efficient operations. Handle customer inquiries. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
Proven experience in a bar management role or supervisor role. Demonstrated ability in team management, leading by example to motivate staff. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
