Overview:
We are seeking a Full Time Booking coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in booking services and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for growth.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking services
- Provide information about available services and promotions
- Upsell additional services or packages to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate services
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell and promote additional services
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements

Pay: 23,500.00-35,500.00 per year
