Job Description
Ardgay Game, in Bonar Bridge has been processing and exporting wild game and venison for over 35 years.With a proven track record for supplying the finest cuts of meat we take great pride in our high standards for supplying our loyal and valued customers.
Due to continuing expansion, we have opportunities for a number of full time and seasonal butchers to join us for the forthcoming season.
Minimum requirements:
Previous experience as a Butcher Excellent knife skills Ability to work in a team Ability to work to a high standard under pressure Must be punctual and reliable
Within this role you will be:
Breaking down carcasses and de-boning Using machinery to prepare meat Storing meat appropriately Following strict hygiene laws and regulationsHours of work
- September to February -Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30 with over-time during October.March to August - Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30.
