Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly in accordance with recipes and standards Cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and taste Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Support with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage procedures Assist in serving food to customers or guests as required Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and optimise kitchen operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience in meal preparation and kitchen operations Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic understanding of culinary techniques and presentation skills Previous experience in serving or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential

Pay: 12.31-13.00 per hour
