Joe's Ice Cream are looking for someone to join our ice-cream dream team! Our ideal candidate will be

energetic

- they will enjoy a busy shift and

take pride in serving customers.

They will be looking for a

career in catering/ retail

- we love to progress people that want it and who are willing to work hard for it.

Working week is

Monday - Sunday. Alternate weekend work is required

so one weekend you will be working and the following you will have the full weekend off.

The daily tasks will be:

Excellent customer service

Cash handling

Stock management

Cleaning all areas of the parlour

Ice cream making

Our ideal candidate will:

Be keen and enthusiastic

Have a "hands-on" approach to work

Support and motivate team members

Confidently communicate

Deal with customer complaints in an effective manner

Be trustworthy, reliable and punctual

Receive full in-house training on ice cream production and our processes.

Be supported by your manager, your reporting Director and the other parlour teams. We share insight across the company.

Make a lot of people smile. We take pride in the Joe's moments that are important in our loyal customers' lives!
