Delivery Driver - Peterlee Hub

Reporting to:

Hub Supervisor

General Traffic has been a family-run business since 1983 and is now one of the largest automotive parts stockists in the North West and Midlands.

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Peterlee. Your main duties will include:

Delivering goods between branches and our garage customers in company vans Checking orders for accuracy before delivery Using a PDA system to obtain delivery signatures Collecting and returning goods with clear and accurate return notes Promoting our business by informing customers of special offers and new products Representing the company professionally with a smart appearance and well-maintained uniform and vehicle Assisting with other hub duties as needed

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence Good driving skills and road safety awareness Strong communication and customer service skills Good knowledge of Peterlee and surrounding areas

Hours:

Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays (44.5 hours per week on average).
