We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our locally trusted Estate Agency as a

Property Assistant and Administrator

. This permanent position supports our busy Sales and Lettings team, providing essential administrative and client service functions in our welcoming Inverness office.

Key Responsibilities:

General daily administrative support across Sales and Lettings Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Booking and conducting property viewings Managing appointments and staff diaries Preparing and scheduling social media content Communicating with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders involved in sales and lettings Accurately updating and managing data in our property software systems and using spreadsheets and other applications
What We're Looking For:

A confident, clear communicator with a professional approach Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a property-related role Comfortable using the telephone and managing multiple enquiries Strong IT skills and attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities A full UK driving licence is essential
