Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen. Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for billing purposes. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout each guest's visit.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting while managing multiple tasks. A keen interest in culinary arts is desirable, along with a willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
