We are ideally looking for an individual that has experience in the role but we would also consider someone that is fully experienced in restaurant/hospitality and ready to take their next step into management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, must be friendly, a good communicator, dedicated and willing to work hard to provide an attentive but relaxed service.
Daily duties include; set up for the day, close down, running lunch or dinner service, cash up, communicate with chef the daily menu updates, allergens, drinks ordering, ensuring the restaurant is presentable and ready for service, team management.
We are a small busy restaurant serving fresh, seasonal food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We work together in service supporting each other with order taking, drinks dispense, meet and greet, bookings, serving food, and other usual service duties.
We are open everyday for lunch and dinner, shifts will be a mixture of days, nights, week day and weekends, 6 shifts a week over 5 days, 40 hours per week

Interviews to take place Thursday 11th, Friday 12th, Monday 15th December. Trial shift and References will be required.
