Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Front of House team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, training new staff, and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the FOH team, helping to develop the skills of each member
- Ensure and Maintain Stock levels remain accurate
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Train new starts
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Adhere to inhouse SOPs
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Bar training preferred
- Supervisory experience
