Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including commercial establishments and hotels. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries as needed. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitised. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Assist with laundry services when required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the establishment.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning techniques and equipment usage are highly valued.

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
