Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the establishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping in a hotel is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques in cleaning and hospitality.
