Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking and serving.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Support chefs with basic cooking tasks as required.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
Help with the organisation of stock and supplies, ensuring everything is in its designated place.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
