Full-Time Lettings Negotiator

Greenbank Rental Services Ltd - Kirkby, Liverpool

Greenbank Rental Services Ltd are a highly professional and respected independent letting and estate agency based in Kirkby, Liverpool. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Full-Time Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is available for an immediate start.

Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings/property is essential

Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone and email enquiries Arranging and conducting property viewings Taking rent payments and chasing arrears Carrying out move-in and move-out inspections Processing tenant and guarantor references Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding repairs and maintenance Updating office systems and administration records Undertaking property inspections Advertising properties via websites, local press, and office displays Other administration duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a lettings or property role Proactive and self-motivated with a professional, enthusiastic approach Strong literacy, communication, and IT skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently as well as part of a team Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Hours & Salary

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (4 out of 5 days, negotiable) Saturday: 10am - 2pm Salary: 26,000 - 27,000 per annum (depending on experience, reviewed annually) Commission payable following successful completion of probationary period
