Experience

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a retail or sales environment is essential. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring professional communication at all times.
