Full Time Permanent -Senior Buyer/Sales Supervisor

We are a prominent buy-and-sell store in the UK, specialising in a wide range of electrical items, with a primary focus on phones, laptops, tablets, and gaming products. At our store, you can sell your items, buy them back later, trade them in, and even reserve items--all under one roof.

Key Attributes:

Must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in a team leading/supervisory role with experience to support the Manager/Area Manager with the running of a busy store and managing a small team. This must be evident on reviewing your CV. General Electronics Knowledge: A solid understanding of day-to-day electronic devices. Ability to Work Under Pressure: Stay composed in a fast-paced retail environment. Effective Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively within a small team and independently. Proactive and Flexible Display initiative and adaptability to changing circumstances. Customer-focused: Passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. Up to 32,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Working Hours:

5 days out of 6, including Saturdays. 8.30am-5.45pm.

This is a long term full time position and unfortunately, we are unable to be flexible with the hours and days.

Training

Comprehensive training provided on all aspects of our business, covering buying, grading, and testing electrical products.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
