Job Description
TM Electronics (TME) is a family run UK business, based in Worthing. From our premises in Goring-by-Sea we design, manufacture and supply temperature sensors, thermometers and probes across all sectors, from food manufacture and hospitality, to building and facilities management, to industrial manufacturing and even scientific or laboratory testing.
We are looking to fill another full-time (37.5 hours per week) position.
Our premises are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and flexi-time is available.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated person.
Responsibilities include:
Probe assembly Cable coiling
Skills:
Previous manufacturing
experience essential
Speed and accuracy
Ability to use light industrial equipment and a willingness to undertake / learn new light mechanical assembly techniques.
The use of small hand tools
Attention to detail is essential
General:
On the job training
Ability to meet production deadlines
Confident and friendly manner
Sense of quality
Flexible
Ability to multi-task
Interview Process
Interviews to be held from Wednesday 12th November 2025
The interview process will take approximately 1 hour. This will include a manual test manufacturing a set of fine wire probes and cable coiling.

Pay: 24,570.00 per year
