Camellia's Tea House is a London based artisan tea company that creates hand made and specialty teas. The teas are are sold in our tea houses and premium hospitality/spa clients across the world. We are currently looking for a full-time production assistant manager to join our friendly team in our main office in South Wimbledon. The role would commence in January 2026 and will require working hours Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-5.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm.

The role will involve liaising with luxury hospitality and spa clients with respect to tea orders, managing and helping with the day to day operations of our handmade production processes, ensuring goods are sent out in a timely and efficient manner and managing stock levels. The ideal candidate MUST have a working knowledge and experience of HACCP and Health and Safety procedures within a food/drinks manufacturing environment.

You must be highly organised, able to multi-task and be an effective team player with a strong "hands-on" work ethic as the role involves some physical activity. The successful candidate will be able to work alone as well as manage a small team of junior production workers in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Client order management i.e. ensuring orders are produced and sent out in a timely manner for both domestic and international clients Liaising with logistics providers and distributors Working with operational spreadsheets and CRM systems Leading our tea blending and packing activities with a small team Stock taking of goods and raw materials and maintaining accurate records Order fulfillment, including answering emails and phone call HACCP and Health & Safety focus
Qualifications and Skills

Working knowledge of computers, including emails, spreadsheets and word documents Previous and relevant experience would be very advantageous Working knowledge and experience of HACCP and Health and Safety in a food manufacturing environment Basic understanding of math A Level or equivalent qualifications required Eligible to work in the UK Strong English (written and oral) skills Good communication and customer service skills are essential
