What We're Looking For
We're looking for a
full-time Property Manager
to join our established Gloucester team. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and delivering great customer service every day.
You'll be:
Highly organised, proactive, and confident working to deadlines
A natural problem solver who enjoys seeing things through to completion
Excellent with customers and comfortable dealing with a wide range of people
Confident with IT, written communication, and telephone work
Previous experience in property is ideal, but we're equally happy to consider candidates with strong customer service or office-based experience from other industries.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure that maintenance issues across our managed properties are handled efficiently, professionally, and with excellent communication at every stage.
This is an
office-based role
, working from our
London Road, Gloucester
office.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
One Saturday morning worked every 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with tenants and landlords when maintenance issues arise
Identifying required actions and ensuring timely resolution
Instructing contractors and managing works through to completion
Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date and issued correctly
Arranging PAT testing and fixed wire testing where required
Providing regular, clear, and organised progress updates
Keeping accurate records and managing outstanding issues effectively
