Part-Time Property Manager (Remote)

Up to 18 hours per week | Home-based | Small Independent Estate Agency Group

We are a small, independent estate group based in West London and are looking for an experienced

Part-Time Property Manager

to join our team. This is a

home-based role

with flexible hours, plus attendance at

in-person meetings twice per month

.

There will also be the requirement to work longer hours c. 4-5 weeks annually to cover other staff leave.

Full training can be provided to the right candidate who is in a client/customer facing role and requires good interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling rent reviews and notices

Assisting in managing a portfolio of rental properties

Acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

Ensuring legal compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Right to Rent, etc.)

Resolving tenant and landlord queries efficiently

Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records

Attending team or client meetings twice monthly

Requirements:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently from home

Confident using everyday PC software and training in VebraAlto Software (online) will be provided
