Your Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answering calls, managing reservations, and handling enquiries Providing local knowledge and assistance to guests during their stay Processing payments accurately and following all procedures Supporting the Front Office Manager and working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

Experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage, but not essential - what matters most is the right attitude. We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable, and professional Organised with great attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Calm under pressure and confident in dealing with guest requests A team player who also works well independently
