We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operations during the entire week .
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. keen eye for detail Meal service Cleaning when needed Sales calls & show rounds Assist Lunch service in restaurant Making drinks for visitors
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones. Ability to work independently while being part of a team. A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Flexibility to work weekends consistently is essential.
