We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a courteous and professional manner at all times
Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently, using proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as required
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain organised records and files both digitally and physically
Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist with correspondence via email and postal mail
Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Experience
Prior office experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on administrative roles
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is essential
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and visitors
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable
Previous experience in customer service or reception roles will be considered an advantage
