Full Time Sales Negotiator
Job Description
Full time, permanent Sales Negotiator to work in a busy, town centre office here in Chester-le-street. Responsibilities would include liaising with customers to offer/book free valuations, viewings and mortgage appointments, to sales targets. Taking offers and chasing solicitors through to exchange and completion. Accompanied viewings. Taking photographs, drawing floorplans, leaflet dropping and all aspects of customer service involved in this service. Working under the Manager and working as team with colleagues. We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and can work on their own initiative. Car owner/clean driving licence.
Must have experience in the residential sales sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-26,500.00 per year
