We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Assistant to support the safe and efficient transportation of passengers. Duties

Assist passengers in boarding and alighting vehicles, ensuring accessibility for all individuals. Support the driver in maintaining safety standards throughout journeys. Conduct routine safety checks on vehicles prior to departure. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed. Support with loading and unloading items, including flatbed deliveries or warehouse stock when required. Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle interior and surrounding areas. Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel. Support delivery drivers with logistical tasks when necessary, including handling packages or equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or warehouse environments is advantageous. Valid driver's licence or equivalent is essential. Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic vehicle maintenance is desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Experience with flatbed vehicles or similar transport equipment is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required. Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure safety standards are maintained at all times. Proven ability to work well within a team environment and handle customer interactions professionally.
