creative, hands-on Social Media Manager

to join our in-house team and take our digital presence to the next level.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for creating engaging content -- especially Reels and short-form videos -- managing our social platforms, and showcasing the magic of weddings and events at Ditton Manor. From behind-the-scenes clips to event highlights, you'll capture and share the beauty, emotion, and energy of our venue.

Responsibilities

Capture and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, and short-form video content Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest Attend weddings and events on weekends to capture real-time content Engage with followers, respond to DMs and comments Collaborate with the events team and clients when needed Monitor insights and adjust content strategy based on performance Stay up to date with trends in wedding, lifestyle, and social media

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio of social media content -- especially Reels and TikTok-style video Experience using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar Comfortable working weekends and during events (this is essential) Excellent storytelling and visual aesthetic Passionate about weddings, luxury events, and beautiful spaces Ability to work independently and take initiative Bonus: Photography, drone, or graphic design skills
