Main responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Job Requirements
Proficient in basic office software (such as Word and Excel)
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Those with customer service experience are preferred
Have a strong sense of responsibility and a customer-centered way of thinking
