Job Description
Join Turbo Snail and become a full-time customer service representative for logistics. You will assist customers in handling pre-sale inquiries, orders and after-sale services, help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
Main responsibilities
Respond quickly to customer inquiries through online chat
Specializing in handling pre-sale and after-sale service issues
Monitor and update customer orders, and promptly feedback any issues
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Job Requirements
Proficient in basic office software (such as Word and Excel)
Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
Those with customer service experience are preferred
Have a strong sense of responsibility and a customer-centered way of thinking
Excellent oral and written communication skills
