About the Role:

We're looking for a performance-driven marketer to help scale our home improvement business through smart, cost-effective digital strategies. If you're passionate about lead generation, paid ads, SEO, and measuring what works, this role offers real autonomy and the chance to make an impact.

Your Responsibilities:

Own the full marketing funnel--from awareness to conversion Set up and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) Track leads and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics Regularly update website content and optimise for search engines Build email campaigns and client communications Test and learn across channels to find the most cost-effective strategies

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of hands-on marketing experience (PPC, SEO, content, analytics) Strong understanding of customer journey and lead nurturing Able to work independently and take initiative Experience in B2C services or home improvements is a plus

Pay: 32,000.00-38,000.00 per year
