We are seeking a motivated Fundraising and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and marketing initiatives and requires a blend of creativity and strong organisational skills alongside a desire to charitably support members of the community. This is a part time role with a working pattern of 12 -15 hours a week
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of fundraising and community awareness raising events
Help organise fundraising events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Co-ordination of fundraising community-led activities
Support the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Monitor and and report on performance metrics.
Experience
Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred but not essential
Ideally familiar with CANVA and Microsoft Office
Experience in relationship management and public relations will be beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail is required.
