Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organisation's mission. This position requires strong relationship management skills, a knack for public relations, and proficiency in CRM databases. The Fundraising Coordinator will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance our fundraising efforts and ensure the success of our initiatives.

Duties



Working within our Income Generation Team under the direction of our Corporate Fundraising Manager. Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans that align with our corporate fundraising goals. Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Coordinate fundraising events, including planning logistics, marketing, and execution. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our mission and fundraising needs. Provide exceptional customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring their engagement with our organisation.

Qualifications



Proven experience in fundraising or a related field is preferred. Strong public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms. Proficiency in CRM database is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting community initiatives. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
