24,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE 30,000-35,000

motivated, customer-focused Sales Assistants

to join our busy teams in

Manchester

Stockport

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-store, offering genuine, helpful advice Build strong customer relationships and guide them to the right products Confidently process sales transactions, including finance options Maintain product knowledge across our full furniture range Keep the store tidy, presentable, and well-stocked Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer facing

commission based

sales role (furniture experience a bonus) Strong communication and people skills Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure A friendly, trustworthy approach to customer service A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You'll Get:

24,000 base salary

with

uncapped commission

OTE 30,000-35,000

based on performance A supportive team environment in either our

Stockport
