About the Role
At Crown Fine Art, we specialise in the safe handling, transportation, and installation of priceless artworks. As a part of the team, you'll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to ensure every masterpiece is treated with the respect and precision it deserves.
The Gallery Services Coordinator manages multiple art logistics projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Key tasks include coordinating resources and handling essential administrative duties.
Reporting to the Head of Gallery Services, this role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated services for Crown Fine Art, supporting operational excellence and contributes to the strategic goals of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Assist with the incoming sales enquiries coming into the Branch
Estimate preparation, management and invoicing of individual job files
Co-ordinating UK and international shipping & storage requirements for Crown Fine Art.
Preparing relevant paperwork, including:
o Ops staff collection & delivery paperwork
o pro-forma invoices
o insurance certificates
o export licences
o packing lists of artworks
o export/import documentation
Responding to client enquiries and liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinating with relevant colleagues in other departments to provide the best possible service to clients (transport, warehouse services, case making).

What We're Looking For
1-2 years' experience in Fine Art Logistics, ideally within the Gallery Services sector.
Be experienced in the leadership and development of people.
Have proven exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
Have well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
Possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Have proven experience in face-to-face customer counselling roles.
Have an understanding and awareness of cultural sensitivity.
