Position Summary

: The Game Master is responsible for running the game and enhancing the guest experience by providing friendly and professional customer service. You will need to be extremely comfortable communicating and working with our guests throughout their entire live escape game experience. You'll also be contributing to a dynamic team working in a fast paced environment! Creative problem solving is a must, as is energy and enthusiasm.

Job Requirements

Greeting and briefing guests Taking payment and cash handling Monitor the guests' activity during the game and engage via the TV and computer screens Reset game room for next group of guests Must have a solid grasp of technology - basic computer skills, emailing, troubleshooting, etc. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills An upbeat, pleasant, positive and professional attitude Must have reliable transport Must be able to provide simple repairs to puzzles/props if required
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
