We are looking for a

New Media Operations Specialist (Gaming Focus)

to oversee the overall management of our gaming-related short video accounts and multi-platform new media presence. This role includes content planning, platform account setup, and promotional strategy execution to boost user growth and market share. By analyzing data, you will optimize content and campaign performance, continuously improving user retention and conversion rates. You will create viral content, enhance user engagement, and strengthen brand influence. Close collaboration with the marketing, product, and development teams will be essential to achieving operational goals efficiently.

?Job Responsibilities?

Manage short video accounts on platforms like TikTok, including initial account setup, maintenance, content topic selection, scriptwriting, video distribution, fan engagement, activity planning, and promotion. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and content partners to expand user acquisition and market share while optimizing data performance in customer acquisition efforts. Work with product, operations, and development teams to enhance user acquisition efficiency, retention rates, and paid conversion rates, driving overall project performance improvements. Stay updated on trending topics across new media video platforms, creating content aligned with the game's unique features to produce high-quality content that boosts fan engagement and loyalty. Conduct regular reviews and analyses of viral content, proposing optimization strategies to improve content quality and impact.

?Job Requirements?

At least 3 years of experience in new media operations; a degree in literature or related fields is preferred. Proven successful operation cases are a plus. Ability to independently operate social media platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, TikTok, and Kuaishou. Familiarity with international platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Discord, as well as experience with Facebook and Google Ads. Ability to independently plan and execute new media strategies and activities. Responsible for daily content writing, planning, publishing, updating, maintenance, and management of new media platforms; able to develop, establish, and maintain various social media channels. Proficient in data analysis of account performance, providing effective operational suggestions to improve user engagement and maintain fan activity. Manage the daily maintenance of the company's multi-platform media matrix, develop user acquisition strategies, and track and analyze the performance of promotional content to refine operations based on user habits and behaviors. Familiarity with mobile game publishing processes and proficient in backend operations for Android and Apple platforms.
