With a strong reputation for service and reliability, we support pubs, hotels, arcades, and leisure venues by delivering and maintaining a wide range of entertainment equipment - from pool tables and fruit machines to jukeboxes and retro arcade games.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on, reliable

Gaming Machine Technician

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a variety of machines at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain gaming and amusement machines (e.g., pool tables, digital jukeboxes, arcade machines, AWP/Cat C machines) Respond to breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs Perform regular service visits and preventative maintenance Ensure equipment is operating to the required safety and performance standards Record work completed and report any recurring faults Deliver excellent customer service and represent Diamond Leisure professionally

What We're Looking For

While prior experience as a Gaming Machine Technician is preferred, it's not essential - full training will be provided. A background in cash-handling or customer-facing roles (such as working in pubs or leisure venues) would be a strong advantage.

We're looking for someone who also has:

A full UK driving licence Basic mechanical or electrical understanding A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional, reliable approach
