About the Role:
GRAHAM is a leading construction company renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Ireland. We are pleased to announce that our Interior Fit Out Division has secured an exciting new hotel refurbishment project in Epsom, which includes a new-build extension. To support this, we are currently seeking an experienced Ganger to join our team in Southeast England.

As a Ganger, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating site operatives to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will support the Site Manager in delivering fit-out projectson time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of site operatives on daily tasks
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
Monitor progress and report any issues or delays to the Site Manager
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
Assist with setting out and ensuring materials and tools are available as needed
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ganger in the construction industry, ideally within fit-out or refurbishment projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings
CSCS card and relevant site qualifications (e.g., SSSTS or equivalent) preferred
