This is a target and KPI-driven role offering a competitive fixed salary, providing stable and consistent earnings without commission or financial incentives.

About the Role

You will be responsible for a defined territory covering Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire. Managing an existing customer base, you will work closely with the Sales Manager, Telesales team and fellow Field Sales Representatives to identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities. This will be achieved through a variety of approaches, including door-to-door visits, cold calling and customer presentations.



Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing

You will have full autonomy to build, develop and grow your territory into a successful and profitable area, with full support from the wider G.A.P team. Your role will involve regular customer visits, working towards agreed targets, monitoring competitor activity, maintaining and developing accounts, and consistently acting as a professional ambassador for the company.

Hold a full UK driving licence Have previous experience in a Field Sales role Have experience working to sales-driven and margin-based KPIs
