The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and professional
Sales Representative
to join our team on a self-employed basis. This role focuses on expanding our network of property professionals and ensuring they receive excellent ongoing support once registered with our platforms.
The successful candidate will be confident talking on the phone, able to identify and engage potential new Members, and skilled at managing relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential property professionals (e.g., surveyors, architects, energy assessors) to introduce our websites and explain the benefits of joining
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
Guide new Members through the registration and onboarding process
Provide excellent service and follow up with professionals to help them get the most from our websites
Maintain accurate records of communications and progress using internal systems
Person Specification
Strong sales and communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
Proven ability to build rapport and manage business relationships
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of the property or surveying industry is desirable but not essential
Access to a reliable phone, internet connection, and quiet working environment
Must be registered as self-employed and able to invoice for hours worked
Hours & Pay:
Flexible working hours, up to 20 per week
18 per hour (self-employed basis)
