Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answering the phone and taking bookings Liaising with suppliers and ordering parts Creating Invoices using a digital system liaising with customers and taking payments. Communicating with the mechanics and ensuring they know what work is due for each day. Acting as "front of house" and being a friendly, welcoming person as customers come in. Day to day running of a very small local shop (ran alongside the garage)

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is essential. Familiarity with an online accounting system (we use FreshBooks) is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. An ability to use ones own initiative and in time be responsible for decision making
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.30-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
