We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy garage team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to be a key part of a well-established automotive business.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in person and over the phone
Booking and managing appointments
Invoicing and handling payments
Liaising between customers and mechanics
Keeping the reception area clean and organised
Managing daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using computers and basic office software
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Preferred (but not essential):
Knowledge of cars or experience in the automotive industry
Salary is negotiable and will reflect your experience and skills.
