We are looking for a confident, competent and experienced receptionist / office manager for our busy garage.
Previous experience within the motor trade may be an advantage but not necessary.
Previous receptionist or admin experience is advantageous.
Duties will include:
Booking in jobs for repairs and creating job cards
Answering the phone to customers and suppliers and dealing with their enquiries
Dealing with customers and suppliers face to face
Ordering and returning parts through our suppliers
Creating invoices and quotes
Liaising with the in-house garage technicians
Maintaining the diary system
Managing incoming and outgoing emails
You will need good communication skills and customer service and have a good understanding of the business.
Full training will be provided using our garage software systems, KIS and 1-Link.
You will have your own office with attached kitchen.
The candidate must be computer literate and adhere to the Data Protection act.
