We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist / Administrator/ office manager to join our team. This is an essential in-office role with minimal supervision required.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and make telephone calls in a professional manner
Receive, distribute, and send mail and emails
Manage and coordinate bookings using our diary system
Greet and liaise with visiting clients and external professionals
Handle general secretarial duties, including:
Scanning, filing, and shredding documents
Typing and preparing letters, contracts, and other correspondence
Providing administrative support across the business
Organising, labelling and delegating incoming deliveries.
Managing social media platforms
Dealing with wages/accountants/HMRC related to the business operations
Organising and liaising with operatives and director with appointments and schedules
About You:
Friendly and professional phone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Competent in using spreadsheets and managing data
Able to manage time and tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ideally 2 years' experience in similar role/sector
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Experience:
