We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our busy car maintenance garage. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for vehicles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

Drive customer vehicles for collection and return (clean UK driving licence required). Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Book appointments and provide updates throughout the service process. Prepare quotations and order parts from approved suppliers. Liaise with technicians to coordinate activities and ensure service delivery. Monitor and maintain the garage's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Respond to online messages, reviews, and post updates to promote services.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with a clean record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and garage operations Comfortable using email, phone systems, and social media platforms. Organised, trustworthy, dependable, and able to multitask.

Desirable

Previous experience in a garage or automotive service role. Familiarity with garage management software Interest in cars and vehicle servicing.
