Abacus Autos are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience. This role requires a blend of strong customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to upsell services effectively.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs. Provide detailed information about services offered and recommend appropriate solutions. Upsell additional services based on customer requirements and vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers. Excellent upselling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
