Gardener
Job Description
Please Note: This is a zero hour contract & seasonal. Due to the nature of the work, the hours can be weather dependant.
THE ROLE
Gardener duties will include; general garden maintenance, mowing, weeding, pruning, hedge cutting, plant feeding, path edging, aerate lawns, spraying and planting.
Responsible for tools and equipment as used- their security, safety and safe use, report faults, failures and damage to management and always conduct themselves in a professional manner .
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Assistant Gardener will have experience of horticulture, have a good degree of manual strength and physical fitness to meet the demands of the job, a willingness to learn on the go, enjoys a challenge, good communication skills to be able to converse with the public, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Work Location: On the road
