As part of our continued growth, our Southeast Core facilities management team are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Gas Engineer to perform various reactive and preventative traderelated duties (listed below) to enable BJF Group to meet and exceed its contractual obligations with its clients across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.

Further responsibilities of the role include:

To carry out installation and maintenance of relevant trade in domestic and commercial buildings General plumbing duties, repair works and minor instillations of low temperature hot water and heating systems To carry out and complete all works to a high standard, in a competent manner and to leave the site of works in a clean and tidy condition To liaise with other staff and external contractors in a positive and cooperative manner and as necessary to ensure the timely and proper completion of works to support reasonable operational expectations To ensure appropriate and timely completion of tasks, followed by submission of all relevant paperwork, job/time sheets and any necessary certification accordingly

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate a mix of the following:

Good standard education Trade related Qualification Essential CCN1 (or COCDN1), COCN1 (or CODNCO1), CIGA1, CDGA1LL CCCN1, CCLP1 Experience carrying out trade related maintenance, installation and fault finds Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPI's
