Tumbridge Home Services (THS) is a fast growing, family-run, home maintenance company, looking for skilled engineers to help the company continue to grow rapidly and create more opportunities from within. We pride ourselves on doing a great job and always aim to provide the best service for our clients and customers who can expect us to attend promptly when needed and ensure that a first-class job is carried out at every visit. We cover many services required within the home with a specialist engineer allocated to each section.


We are looking for an EXPERIENCED GAS ENGINEER to join our LONDON team. You will be meeting with clients and customers on a daily basis so good spoken English is required. We rely on various apps to communicate throughout the day and to provide relevant job information so a smartphone and being comfortable to use it would be ideal, including filling in a job report.

Duties will include mainly servicing and repairing gas appliances and heating systems with a minimum of 5 years of experience required, please note there may be the odd installation. Successful candidates will be carrying out work, unsupervised, within residential and commercial premises. Please note, that this position is demanding and fast-paced and requires applicants to use their initiative and be good at problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and a great eye for detail.

Salary
Option 1 - Employed with full package and vehicle supplied
40k - 55k PA (To be discussed at interview depending on experience - vehicle supplied)
*28 days holiday (inc BH)
*1x additional day holiday per year (up to 5 days)
*Sick pay (SSP)
*Pension

Option 2 - Self-employed with possible vehicle supplied
200 - 300 per day (self-employed - depending on experience and vehicle availability)

Option 3 - Self employed - MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
Agreed price per job completed.
*40 for a gas safety or service
*50 for a breakdown

Probation Period
1-week trial then 3 months probation

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8 am-5 pm

Pay: 40,000.00-93,600.00 per year
