Coordinate incoming bookings and deliveries, completing all required paperwork according to audit/safety requirements.
Working hours are 13.00 - 19.00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Book in deliveries made by phone call or email
Monitor emails
Coordinate deliveries, completing all required paperwork for compliance
Complete unloading vehicle check sheets
Enter all pallets onto IPP/CHEP site from the distribution delivery notes
Order pallets when required
Complete visitor inductions
Log all visitors
Coordinate with Fire Marshalls if site emergency evacuation happens.
Skills required
Excellent organisation skills and communication skills: able to plan own work and engage with visitors and staff in a positive manner
Microsoft office and general IT skills - able to learn new systems
Time management - achieve all tasks within a set timeframe
Willing to learn and work to achieve success - enthusiasm
Experience required
Previous admin experience
Able to work independently
Working in a fast-paced environment
