Essential Role Requirements:

Controlling entry and exit points of site, checking identification, verifying credentials, and ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted on-site. Maintain security of site Operating gates/barriers to regulate the flow of vehicles, plant, equipment, and materials entering and exiting the site. Be polite and welcoming to visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel to the construction site, this could include Coinford or client managers Material Control: Assisting with the control and monitoring of construction materials and equipment entering and leaving the site. This includes verifying delivery receipts, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring that materials are securely stored when not in use. Aiding during emergencies or incidents on the construction site, such as directing emergency responders to the location, evacuating personnel if necessary, or administering first aid until medical help arrives Confident in traffic marshalling Providing general support to construction site operations as needed, such as assisting with deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and organization around the gate area, and performing other duties as necessary
