Responsibilities

Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students, focusing on their individual needs and learning styles Develop customised lesson plans and educational materials to enhance understanding and engagement Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development across various subjects Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in learners Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student achievements

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or in special education contexts Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed Ability to assess individual learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly Organised approach to planning lessons and tracking student progress Relevant qualifications or training in education or specialised fields are advantageous but not essential Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent support to students
